David is a native New Yorker and is proud to call Rochester his home. He holds a B.A. in Sociology from Nazareth College and is passionate about Restorative Practices, mindfulness, and urban development. David works at Monroe High School as part of the Institute’s School Climate Transformation Project, as well as with other students and community projects in Rochester. David sees youth as catalysts for social change and believes that working to harness their creative and critical thinking skills is the key to creating innovative leaders of the next generation.
