Anger can be a driving force behind many of the social change movements witnessed around the globe. In this workshop, we will explore and seek to understand:

  1. How anger hides deep caring combined with hopelessness or fear
  2. Identify what you care about in a personal situation of anger (focus on Needs using the Nonviolent Communication Framework)
  3. Practice expressing anger’s truth without violence
